Historical Course of Ottoman-Russian Relations

Özet

In this study, the relationships of the Russian Empire, which has been judged to the Ottoman Empire, which prevails with the Ottoman Empire, which prevailed with the Ottoman Empire, has been studied, and these two power centers are often focused on events and cases that are often forced to fight and sometimes to peace. All these developments between the two states were evaluated on the results, as well as the results of these evaluation and the chronological order of developments were observed. The first and general result is examined and evaluated between the two states and the first and general result of the Ottoman history of the Ottoman history and the Russian history cannot be described in the Ottoman without the Ottoman without the Ottoman and Russian history.

Abstract

Bu çalışmada uzun yıllar hüküm süren Osmanlı Devleti ile yine hüküm sürdüğü dönemlerde büyük güç addedilen Rus İmparatorluğu’nun ilişkileri incelenmiş, bu iki güç merkezini sıklıkla savaşmaya ve bazen de barışmaya zorlayan olaylar ve olgular üzerinde durulmuştur. İki devlet arasındaki tüm bu gelişmeler müsebbiplerinin yanı sıra sonuçları üzerinden değerlendirilmiş ve bu değerlendirmede gelişmelerin kronolojik sırası gözetilmiştir. İki devlet arasındaki bunca temas ve hadise incelenip değerlendirildikten sonra varılan ilk ve genel sonuç Osmanlı tarihinin Rusya’dan bağımsız ve Rus tarihinin de Osmanlı’dan bağımsız anlatılamayacağı, bu tarih sahasının girift bir hâl aldığı çıkarımıdır.
